Community Meeting

As a recipient of federal financial assistance, Western Iowa Tech Community College, continues to assess and improve their Limited English Proficiency Plan (LEP Plan) to ensure meaningful access to activities and programs in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000d, et seq., and its implementing regulations, which states that no person shall be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin. Executive Order 13166 requires recipients to allow stakeholders to have an adequate opportunity to provide input into the formation and updating of their LEP plans. 

We invite our community members who work with and/or may be a Limited English Proficiency Person(s) to attend this meeting to provide valuable input into ways we can continue supporting our LEP community members!
