Sourdough Workshop SIOUX CITY. Learn all the basics of baking with a sourdough starter at a hands-on Sourdough Workshop on Thursday, May 8, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM. The workshop will be offered at ISU Extension and Outreach – Woodbury County, in Sioux City. Renee Sweers, a health and human sciences educator with ISU Extension and Outreach, will lead the workshop.
