Free concert at the Cathedral
On Sunday, April 19, 2026, at 3 p.m., the Cathedral of the Epiphany in Sioux City will host Reimagining the World, an imaginative and genre-spanning recital for soprano, cello and piano. The performance features Katherine Price, soprano; Sonja Kraus, cello; and Eun-Hee Park, piano. The concert, part of the Cathedral Arts Series, is free and open to the public.
This thoughtfully curated program explores both original works for the ensemble and inventive reinterpretations of repertoire originally written for other instrumentation. Spanning multiple centuries and styles, the recital invites audiences to reflect on reality as it is or as it could be, through music that balances humor, lyricism, and emotional depth.
Reimagining the World offers a distinctive listening experience that bridges tradition and innovation, inviting audiences to engage with familiar music in new and unexpected ways.
Concert-goers are invited to stay at the Cathedral for sung vespers at 4 p.m.
