2nd Annual Comedy for a Cause benefits Siouxland Foster Closet

Sioux City, Iowa, December 12, 2024: Siouxland Foster Closet will host it's 2nd Annual "Comedy for a Cause" fundraising event on Saturday, January 25.  
 
Presented by ReMax Experience and Consumer's Supply Distributing, Siouxland Foster Closet is partnering with Siouxland Comedy to bring Siouxland a side-splitting comedy show that is sure to break attendees out of the winter doldrums.
 
The event will be held at the ReMax City Centre at 712 4th Street in Sioux City. Doors open for a social hour at 6:30pm, with appetizers, a cash bar and raffle prizes available! Tickets are $25 for general seating or sponsorships that include tickets are also available. All tickets are general seating, and only 200 tickets are available. Get your tickets early, as this event is sure to sell out!
 
Scott Long's hilarious clean comedy has been seen on NBC, ESPN, and the Bob and Tom Show! He has over a million views on one of his Dry Bar Specials alone. He has traveled all over the world doing comedy shows for major corporations like John Deere and GE, appearing in comedy specials on NBC, FOX-TV, and Amazon Prime. Married for over two decades, he understands life in 'flyover country' as well as the ups and downs of having three kids. Marriage, children, and stories of Midwest life are the focus of his hilarious show!
 
Hosting the show will be Siouxland Comedy's only Drew Jr., with local Siouxland Comedy act John Small as the feature performer. John Small has been doing comedy since 2009 and has had the chance to work with some of his favorite comics, including Bob Newhart, Bill Engval, Larry The Cable Guy, Frank Caliendo and more. A clean comic who enjoys working with audiences of all sizes.
 
Siouxland Foster Closet is a 501c3 nonprofit organization which supports children impacted by foster care by providing them with clothing, necessities, and other just-for-fun items free of charge.
