Miracles in Anthem - February 1st
Miracles in Anthem!Get ready for an unforgettable night of music and fun at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City hosts “Miracles in Anthem” on February 1st, 2025. This is going to be an electric environment featuring Above The Covers, Northwest Iowa’s premier cover band. Proceeds from this event will benefit The Miracle League of Sioux City, a nonprofit organization based in Sioux City to provide recreational and competitive sports & opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Presentation & Book Signing
She was trafficked in Iowa and Illinois! Brittany Sowder has survived being trafficked, has helped set up a foundation to help other trafficking survivors and has written a book about her experiences called She Survived. The Siouxland Coalition against Human Trafficking is hosting a presentation and book signing by Brittany on Sunday, January 26 at 2:00 at the Sioux City Public Library.
