About Ragen Cote
Ragen Cote is the Executive Director of Downtown Partners Sioux City. With over 30 years  in Siouxland, and 8 years in her current downtown revitalization and management role, Ragen is a recognized leader in the community and in her profession nationwide. She holds a degree in International Business from Morningside College and proudly serves on a wide variety of local boards and committees.
