Journeyman with HVAC / Plumbing Licence

IMKO is hiring a Journeyman with a license in both HVAC and plumbing along with a proven sales track record. The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ experience as a journeyman.  The client company is in the LeMars, IA area.  The Journeyman must possess a valid driver’s license and have own transportation.
 
Journeyman Responsibilities are, however, not limited to:
 

• Creating Sales
• Maintains Sales Kit Book, keeping prices current and items updated.
• Prepare quotes from Sales Work Order per customer requests.
• Visits job sites to gather information to prepare quotations.
• Prepare quotes and presents for customers.
• Complete Sold and Sales Orders; Special Orders and Stock MR’s.
• Confers with operations supervisor on Plan & Spec and Design Build blueprints, spec book and project scopes.
• Confers with operations supervisor in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of project.
• Confers with operations project supervisor about use if tools and equipment for the projects. 
• Other duties assigned
