Insurance Agent

Duties:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential clients
- Process policy applications and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policy issuance
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims settlement process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade clients to purchase insurance policies
