Customer Service Representative (CSR)
The CSR position is required to understand the features and benefits of all credit union products and services to better inform and cross-sell based on the member needs, plus be able to effectively perform loan officer duties when needed. The CSR conducts all deposits, withdrawals, and transfers on member accounts and must show sound skills to reconcile daily transaction activity as well as open new accounts and perform other loan officer duties. The CSR must be organized and efficient to complete a large number of transactions daily and keep files up-to-date and in order. This person is expected to be friendly, helpful and possess knowledge of the credit union, is philosophy, by-laws, and operational procedures. Overall purpose of this position is to provide accurate, informed and friendly transaction services to members in both capacities.
