What You’ll Do:
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs
Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS)
Conduct water quality testing
Maintain steam and chilled water systems
Diagnose and repair building systems
Keep work areas clean and safe
Required:
High school diploma/GED
Valid driver’s license
4+ years of maintenance, repair, or construction trades experience
Basic computer and equipment skills
Ability to climb ladders, bend, crouch, and safely lift 75+ lbs. and work in extreme hot and cold conditions
Preferred:
Steam/chilled/hot water systems operating experience
Johnson Controls experience
