Custodial Leader
Are you an experienced custodian ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a Custodial Leader to guide a small crew while performing cleaning, maintenance, minor repairs, and groundskeeping duties. You'll lead by example, schedule tasks, inspect work, and help keep our facilities running smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead custodial projects & daily cleaning tasks
- Monitor maintenance work orders
- Perform equipment checks & minor repairs
- Assist with inventory and vendor relations
- Support special events like graduation
• 1+ year custodial experience
• Provide Leadership to a small crew of co-workers
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in hot/cold conditions
