Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our facility. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage a team, ensure high standards of compliance and productivity. As the Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating a safe, efficient, and productive work environment that meets our organizational goals and exceeds client expectations. Your leadership will help your team strive to deliver top-tier service while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with all client, company, and OSHA requirements.
- Oversee daily scaffold, insulation, steam trace, and general labor operations.
- Manage supervisors, leadmen, and craft personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to support maintenance and project activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives and attend planning and coordination meetings.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
- Review and approve timekeeping, safety documentation, and daily reports.
- Investigate incidents, address performance concerns, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements
- Industrial construction or maintenance management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing maintenance crews and larger turnaround work.
- Knowledge of scaffolding, insulation, steam tracing, and general labor services.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety requirements.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
