About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong field awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive schedule, budget, and quality outcomes. You’ll collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis and milestone tracking
• Lead project meetings with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee site operations to ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to project specifications
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Strong understanding of CMAR, construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
