Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented full-time Interior Designer for our Sioux City, Iowa office to plan, design, and oversee interior spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client needs and project requirements. Our successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter, who is willing to collaborate with our teams. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to assess needs, preferences, budgets, and project scope
  • Develop design concepts, layouts, and space plans
  • Select materials, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and color palettes
  • Produce architectural plans/details, interior bid documents, interior finish concepts, interior renderings, and associated project budgets
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Conduct on-site visits during installation or construction
  • Track project budgets, timelines, and procurement activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the following design software: Revit, Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and construction methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • NCIDQ certification or progress toward certification
