A recent renovation by Stencil Construction has taken Sioux City's former Bekin's Building to the modernized loft-style HONS Apartments. Come see how they kept the history of the brick walls, exposed concrete and writing on the walls and added classic features such as stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets and many additional ammenities. We hope you can join us for a grand opening ribbon cutting and take a look at the beautiful work that has been done.
