Join us as we celebrate Mary Elizabeth Child Care & Preschool's new chamber membership and celebrating their Director, Jane Heider's 45th anniversary.
MECCP was founded in 1914, to offer child care to families during wartime. They provided one of the first preschools in the state of Iowa, and were one of the first United Way agencies when it was called the Red Feather Campaign. They currently charge parents based on income, offer scholarships and work with State Child Care Assistance.
