Ribbon Cutting - Leadership Siouxland

Join us as we celebrate Leadership Siouxland's 40th anniversary! The ribbon cutting will take place at Woodbury's Steakhouse in The Warrior Hotel. A cash bar and light hors d'oeuvres will follow the ribbon cutting with a program to begin at 5:30 PM. 

Leadership Siouxland develops diverse, passionate leaders who positively shape our community for today and tomorrow. Forty years ago in 1984 several community leaders came together to start the program, as they recognized the need for a formal forum to develop leaders that would positively impact the community. Approximately 1200 individuals have graduated from the 9 month program over the last 40 years. The curriculum focuses on enhancing leadership skills, allowing the participants access to hear from great leaders within the community and form a network of professionals to learn from and rely on, and provides opportunities for participants to partner with mission-driven organizations within the community to complete a project that will positively impact the community. Along with the 9 month program, the organization also provides customized training to businesses or organizations.
