Please join us for a ribbon cutting celebrating Black and Blue Development's newest housing project in the Chestnut Hill area near the intersection of 28th St and Floyd Boulevard. A mixture of townhomes and single-family homes, residents will enjoy Floyd River valley views and wildlife from the adjacent wooded area. Coffee and pastries will be served.
