Join us in welcoming Accura Health to Siouxland and to the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce! 

In 2017, Accura HealthCare acquired the Hallmark Skilled Nursing Facility in Sioux City and began integrating their signature culture of care where residents and staff are placed at the top of their organizational structure. Since their start in Sioux City, they have remodeled the front community room of our building, partnered with Bluestone Therapy for resident rehabilitation, and have helped hundreds of residents regain strength, independence, and return to a higher quality of living. Accura HealthCare of Sioux City provides individualized care for residents and patients to return to higher levels of functioning. Their intensive medical and rehabilitative services include orthopedic, pulmonary, cardiac, dementia, respite, diabetes, and hospice services for short and long-term care needs.
