DESCRIPTION:Hospice of Siouxland is excited to share that they are expanding their team of physicians. Under the leadership of Medical Director\, Dr. Amy Callaghan\, they are excited to welcome Dr. Valery Tran. Dr. Tran is a 2019 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine. He served as Chief Resident at Siouxland Medical Education Foundation\, where he now serves in a faculty position. Dr. Tran is also joined by long-time staff member Dr. Jeff O'Toole as team physicians.\n\n\n\nSince 1981\, Hospice of Siouxland has been providing high-quality\, end-of-life care to patients and their loved ones. Their multi-disciplinary staff and volunteers\, including Veterans\, provide care to more than 500 patients\, within a 60 mile-radius of Sioux City.
