DESCRIPTION:21st Annual \n	\n		Siouxland Chamber Golf Classic\n\n		presented by Sam's Club\n\n		\n\n		Monday\, June 24\, 2013\n\n		Dakota Dunes Country Club &\n\n		Sioux City Country Club\n\n		\n\n		Click here to download a brochure/registration form\n\n		\n\n		Registration: 11:00 a.m. at each course\n\n		Shotgun Start at 12:00 noon\n\n		\n\n		$600 per team / $150 per player\n\n		\n\n		Entry fee includes:\n	\n		\n			- Green fees\n		\n			- Golf cart\n\n			- Insulated box lunch at check-in\n\n			- Networking Awards Dinner\n\n			- On-Course prizes\n		\n			-Drawings for high-value prizes available\n\n			to golfers only at the networking awards dinner\n\n			\n\n			$25 for non-golfers to join us at the networking dinner\n	\n	\n		\n\n		We are excited to announce the 2013 Siouxland Chamber Golf Classic presented by Sam's Club.   Play this year will be at two of Siouxland's elite courses\, Dakota Dunes Country Club and Sioux City Country Club. Immediately following golf\, come as you are to our network awards dinner.  Sign up will be on a first-come/first-served basis with a limit of 144 golfers per course with random course selection.\n\n		\n\n		In the 21st year of this event\, we anticipate that this will be the best yet!
