Red Settlement Services Launches in Siouxland!
newly renovated Virginia Square offices at 103 Virginia Street in downtown Sioux City. RED provides
home sellers and buyers with closing facilitation services to ensure an efficient, accurate and on time
closing of home sales. RED also offers Transaction Coordination Services to local agents by managing the contract from start to close which frees up the agent to better serve their clients.
The operation will be led by CEO, Anya Hageman and Transaction and Closing Coordinator, Teresa
Weaver. Hageman is excited to be in Siouxland. “I’m beyond thankful for the opportunity to bring
our business to the Siouxland market. I love helping people. Buying and selling a home can be a
stressful process. I’ve gotten to know many of the REALTORS® in the area, and our proven tools and systems will provide a smooth, memorable experience for the realtors, home buyers, and sellers,” said Hageman. Weaver, having prior experience, will be the main office professional and explains her role. “As a former escrow closer and REALTOR®, I’ve been on both sides of the closing table. I know what needs to be done for a smooth and successful transaction.”

Both Teresa and I are former REALTORS® as well as former home buyers and sellers. We get it. And we want to do what we can to make the whole process go well for all involved.
