The Goodwill Store Manager position offers multiple opportunities for you to show your leadership skills by directing and motivating the retail team at this location to excel in the competitive world of resale goods, while helping them remember their passion to help others find success through work. We are looking for someone with a business degree and/or 5 years management experience in a related field. You must be able to hire quality team members; hold yourself and your team accountable for following rules and policies; coach those who struggle but who desire to succeed; treat all those with whom you interact with dignity and respect; give clear instructions; be able to understand and act upon the store's financial reports; maintain organization and inspire your team to follow your example of leadership. Some nights and weekends will be required. 

Bilingual - Spanish highly preferred.
