Skills Trainer

Goodwill is hiring a Skills Trainer to teach those in training programs various duties at our work site. You will also be helping them learn the basic behavioral skills employers expect of those they hire. This is a rewarding job that could have a variety of advancement potential. You must have a HS Diploma/GED and some college-level work in a related field is preferred. You will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in related work with persons with barriers to employment.You must have personal transportation, a valid drivers license, and proof of personal vehicle insurance in order to be able to drive from one Goodwill location to another. You will need to be computer literate in order to document case notes, have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also be able to achieve certification in CPR and first aid.
