Director of Recruitment
This position is responsible for proposing, executing and evaluating outreach strategies for the prospective student recruitment plan and recruitment team. This is accomplished by researching and recommending recruitment strategies. Implementing targeted outreach to prospective students. Managing and auditing the Northeast recruitment funnel conversions. Creating and executing a strategic recruitment plan which includes the use of both traditional and electronic media, and is proactive and responsive to market forces and institutional priorities to recruit prospective students. Utilizing the customer relationship management (CRM) tools to plan and execute recruitment communication plans. Ensuring the success of recruitment goals through continuous staff training, development, and measurement of key performance indicators. Working collaboratively with other College personnel and programs to meet enrollment goals. Managing the recruitment budget and the planning of recruitment related events.
A bachelor’s degree is required and master’s degree is preferred.
At least two years of successful sales/marketing and managerial experience is required. Higher education experience is preferred.
Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, speaking, writing, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to set work priorities and to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants will be required to present a 5-7 minute presentation to the interview committee. This goal of this presentation is to inform the audience about Northeast Community College, and recruit the audience to enroll at Northeast. Utilize the Northeast website for presentation information.
