As the assistant director of Sales and Brand Growth, here are the key results we are looking for:

Reports to: Directly to the Sales and Brand Growth Director, collaborates with the Events and Promotions Coordinator and the Executive Leadership Team

1) Effectively execute every catering order with excellence and innovate for growth of the catering business: Fulfill every catering order with the Chick-fil-A standard of operational excellence: taste, order accuracy, timeliness, attentive & courteous service. Responsibilities include:

  • Once a catering order has been received:
    • Confirm with Customer and ensure entry into POS Deferred Queue
    • Coordinate with the team on fulfilment (BOH & FOH)
  • Complete all set-up and preparation for each catering order: boxes, utensils, sauces, bags, etc.
  • Have the TMS (Temperature Management System) bags ready for kitchen to load (Hot & Cold)
  • Tender stored Credit Card payments for final receipt to be brought to Customer upon delivery
  • Deliver catering orders in a timely manner to account for setup time Complete all the set-up on site for the Customer
  • Put all catering related items away upon return to the store
  • Keep inventory of catering supplies and inform Sales and Brand Growth Director of ordering needs
  • Create any systems or processes to improve our catering service
  • Make necessary decisions to honor our commitment to our Customers
  • Work with virtual catering assistants to ensure order accuracy
  • Other oversights & duties:
    • Catering e-mail & phone line during assigned hours
    • TMS’s and Catering supplies are clean, maintained, and picked up or returned from delivery locations and guests loaners
    • Promote catering through planned events, distributions, plans
    • Operational Support in Customer Service within the restaurant when catering tasks are complete

  • Catering orders are delivered or ready on-time and accurately fulfilled
  • Catering fulfilment is so organized that “no balls are dropped”
  • Kitchen stays informed and involved in catering prep and fulfillment

2) Be an ambassador for the Chick-fil-A culture with every interaction: Whether interacting internally with CFA Team Members, or externally with our Guests, foster and protect our reputation for remarkable service.

  • Look for opportunities to Deliver 2nd Mile Service
  • Resolve Customer concerns, complaints or issues promptly, competently and courteously for catering customers
  • Work with the kitchen team to positively resolve any operational issues

3) Build a strong online communities through various social media platforms Develop and administer social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between guest and the business.

  • Work closely with with the Sales and Brand Growth Director to develop social media campaigns
  • Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with guest
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
