The Office Coordinator is responsible for various business and accounting duties including billing, accounts payable, supply inventory management, greeting clients and other general administrative functions. This person will assist the firm’s Director of Operations on various projects relating to human resources and marketing. The Office Coordinator must be a problem-solver and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with attorneys, staff, clients and vendors.
Qualified candidates have an associate or bachelor’s degree. Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent as well as relevant work experience will be considered.
