  • Supports Training Department in creating a more interactive training module including presentations, classroom training and observations.

  • Will research options on additional training platforms that can be incorporated.

  • Will work with the Training Department on best practices to track completed training.

  • Assist in creating a mid-year compliance review to track goals and progress of Affirmative Action Planning.

  • Conduct research to review current HR retention guidelines to ensure HR department documents are being retained in accordance with federal and state laws.

  • Will support additional projects to drive results within the HR Department.

  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related discipline.

  • Must have an understanding of Human Resources best practices.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail required.

  • Organized and task oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in data entry and filing.

  • Ability to research subject matter, write procedures and follow directions.

  • General computer knowledge with above average working knowledge of Microsoft Office including work and excel.

  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

  • Must have regular and punctual attendance.
