Stoney Creek is looking for an experienced hospitality sales manager who is passionate about providing the WOW to our guests and employees alike.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Understands, promotes and embraces the People First philosophy of Stoney Creek.
  • Confers with the GM to obtain maximum revenues through the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans and direct revenue management.
  • Support the operations of the hotel by serving as MOD, as needed.
  • Pro-actively sell the hotel through direct and indirect efforts.
  • Serve as the guest contact at the property level for all group meeting planners.
  • Represent the hotel in the community and the hospitality industry.
  • Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to develop new plans and programs and determine the potency of current plans and programs.

Preferred candidates will have 3-5 years of proven success in hospitality sales leadership, understanding of profit and loss/financial statements, great computer skills and excellent communication.
