Successful wealth management advisor (WMA) associated with a Fortune 500 company providing financial security for over 160 years. This practice offers flexibility, a team atmosphere, and opportunities for growth. Will perform day-to-day operational procedures for an investment and insurance practice. Job duties may include processing investment accounts and trades, providing reviews and analysis, processing insurance applications, maintaining compliance standards, and communicating with clients on related investment and insurance services and issues, changes, and products. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining and further developing existing client relationships through ongoing reviews and exceptional service and new business development through target marketing/prospecting; fact finding and onboarding new clients.
Qualifications: Customer service experience to include excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients. Familiarity with Microsoft applications, data entry, and information retrieval software. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. Able to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and on a team. Willing to obtain FINRA Series 6 and insurance licensing. One year in securities or insurance industry and understanding of investment markets and trades is preferable. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Background check is required.
