Customer Service handles Inbound calls from customers concerning their account. As an Intern you will assist in department audits, assist in floor contests, and other small projects that come up.

Compensation and Schedule

Internships are paid!

Flexible Full-time Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for 90 days during the summer of 2020.

Performance Expectations

  • Attend new hire training (Training is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
  • Job shadow associates
  • Job shadow management team
  • Assist with Internal audits
  • Assist with department activities
  • Attend various volunteer activities as available

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess intermediate PC skills
  • Ability to be patient and attentive to detail
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language
  • Time management skills
