Director of TRIO Student Support Services
Provide leadership and administrative oversight for the TRIO Student Support Services program, designed to increase retention and graduation rates of low-income, first generation college students and students with disabilities through an array of retention-based services. This is a grant funded position through the U.S. Department of Education, with the potential for continuous funding for five years, and the ability to apply for additional funding thereafter.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling or related discipline required; master’s degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory position with personnel, project, and budget management responsibilities and experience designing, managing or implementing instructional or student services in a post-secondary setting, specifically experience with Student Support Services/TRIO programs and working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, is preferred.
