Adjunct Culinary Arts Instructor

Adjunct teaching position within the Northeast Culinary Arts and Food Service and Dietary Management Programs. Courses within the program teach concepts related to Culinary Nutrition Lab applications and Food Service Sanitation concepts. Applicants should be familiar with the Food Service industry and know culinary techniques.

Requires an Associates’s degree in Culinary arts and at least 2 years of experience or equivalent of foodservice experience.

The instructor should also be familiar with adult learning principles along with Microsoft Office programs and internet browser tools.
