Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service as the front line contact in Student Services. This position assists students through the admission and registration process and provides a variety of services relating to admissions, registration, academic records, and maintaining up-to-date information. The Admissions and Registration Specialist position also processes all non-credit registrations and maintains files of non-credit course and roster information for fiscal year audits. This position provides support to many other departments in Student Services and across campus.

Education: Associates Degree required.

Experience: Minimum of one year customer service experience and experience in a professional office setting preferred.
