Job Description
The Administrative Assistant performs a multitude of tasks in support of administrative operations of OU. This is a full time position and considered nonexempt under FLSA.  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the primary job responsibilities. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Operations Manager.
  •  Performs general office duties such as typing, filing, serving as receptionist, and answering telephones.
  • Assist Executive Operations Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the office area.
  • Support and contribute to special projects and events as assigned. 
  • Perform and complete unplanned duties/activities or other assignments as assigned by management.
  • Address issues that arise in a manner that adheres to OU’s policies, guidelines, practices, and procedures.
  • Ensure that all organizational, local, state and federal program guideline are being met and followed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Attend required and assigned staff meetings and trainings.
  • Maintain and promote positive relationships
  • Advise appropriate supervisor/manager/director of any issues to ensure efficient operations, and excellent service to all persons served.
