Hello everyone and thank you for taking time to read this!  I am Kelly Eckhoff, Vice President of Christy smith Funeral Homes, here in Sioux City, IA.  I am formerly from the health care world.  I was the Community Director for Sioux Land Pace with Unity Point Health Care.  Before that I worked as a Certified Surgical Technologist for all the local hospitals.  I met Dan Eckhoff, and when we got married, I came into the business with him.  I also had 22 years with MCI while it was located in Sgt Bluff.  I worked as a supervisor and later a director for customer service.

Originally from Minnesota, I moved to Sioux City in May 1999.  Much of my work in Sioux City has been in the area of teaching, but I have been in sales and worked with the Sioux City Musketeers as well.  In 2015, my husband and I opened a Visiting Angels franchise and have been helping people care for their older loved ones in their homes ever since.  We are proud to be in business here, and enjoy being an employer and service provider to Siouxland families.

Theresa is a long-time Sioux City resident. Her previous career was as an English instructor at Western Iowa Tech Community College.  Her work at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center lets her continue to educate people, only now it is about history.  In her free time Theresa is an avid reader, but her favorite activity is going on "Excellent Adventures" with her good friend Joanne Fox.

Lisa is a proven philanthropist, enrollment, and marketing professional. She is renowned for achieving financial growth and consumer satisfaction. Lisa has over 25 years of experience leading fundraising, enrollment, and advocacy. Lisa co-authored several articles published in healthcare journals during her tenure at the Alzheimer's Association. She also presented at several state and national educational and healthcare conferences. Lisa has received many honors including Young Woman of Excellence Award in 2004 from Women Aware, the Spirit of Peter and Catherine Gehlen Award in 2011, and the 2018 Good Shepherd Award at the Bishop's Dinner for Catholic Schools.
