The project is the latest in a series of banking center builds and remodels the bank has completed in recent years, all of which reflect Great Southern’s continued commitment to its customers. This Sioux City project will feature an updated layout, more modern, brightened décor, and will add a drive-through Live Teller ATM, allowing customers to connect face-to-face via secure video with a live Great Southern teller for assistance with deposits, check cashing, loan payments and more, seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. "We're excited to bring our customers a modernized banking center designed around how they want to bank today, and we can't wait to welcome everyone through the doors. Great Southern has been part of the Sioux City community for 17 years, and this investment reflects our commitment to being here for the long haul. During construction, our Indian Hills team will continue serving customers at our other Sioux City banking centers,” said Laura Smith, chief retail banking officer, Great Southern Bank.
